My eating habits
For breakfast, I usually eat assorted fruit juice rich in digestion accompanied by bread with chicken and sometimes arroz chaufa with fried chicken or papaya juice to lift the spirits of the day.🍗🍖
For lunch, my mother differentiates the food dishes, such as my favorite dish is roast chicken with puree, rice with chicken with its huancaina cream, among other dishes such as regional chicken aguadito and salted with cecina or beef. What a delight of dishes of the day.🍝🍛🍚
For dinner, I usually have my emollient with avocado bread between diet days. Also on weekends I go out as a family to eat anticuchos, grilled chicken, grilled cutlet and among other types of food that make us miss🍢🍟

This well-known popular dish, consisting of ceviche, red noodles, cau cau, huancaína potato, chanfainita, rice with chicken and ocopa. As you can also integrate other cultural dishes of our region.

Chanfainite🍮
The Chanfainita is prepared with bofe (lung), parboiled and diced, seasoned with onion, garlic, pepper, cumin and ají panca, where the chopped potatoes are parboiled, flavored with mint and oregano and other grandmother's secrets.😚🍗🍠
Chicken rice🍚🍙🍗
Unlike other chicken rice dishes, Peruvian chicken rice is prepared with duck, or with whole chicken pieces and black beer, which gives the dish a very special flavor. With the typical seasonings of the region such as panca and ají amarillo, this very traditional dish will remind you of authentic Peruvian home cooking.
Ocopa🍀🌿
The ocopa contains huacatay that has fungicidal and antibacterial properties, it is a stew of Peruvian cuisine, specifically of Arequipa, very easy and quick to prepare. This dish has among its inputs the yellow pepper, onion, evaporated milk, etc. In the white city people usually eat it accompanied by shrimp or boiled potatoes.🍅🍀🍞
